FAQ

While electrically compatible in many cases, performance and certifications are guaranteed only when used as part of the specified system (e.g., with the integrated IFC 300 converter in the 5300 W model). Mixing components is not recommended without consulting KROHNE documentation.

Ceramic lining provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including most acids, bases, and abrasive slurries. It is a very versatile material suitable for many aggressive media where stainless steel or other liners would fail.

KROHNE flowmeters are wet-calibrated at the factory and typically do not require on-site recalibration. A simple zero-point adjustment after installation, with the pipe completely filled and with no flow, is recommended to ensure maximum accuracy.
