What contactors is the ZE-4.0 compatible with?

The Klockner Moeller ZE-4.0 is specifically designed for direct mounting on DIL 00M, DIL 0M, and DIL M contactors (e.g., DILM7, DILM9, DILM12, DILM15).

The current should be set to the motor's Full Load Ampere (FLA) rating listed on its nameplate. The trip rating is 125% of the dial setting, so setting it to the FLA ensures proper protection.

In 'H' (Hand/Manual) mode, the blue reset button must be pressed manually to reset the relay after a trip. In 'A' (Auto) mode, the relay will attempt to reset automatically after it has cooled down. Manual reset is recommended for most applications to ensure a safety check before restarting the motor.
