The manufacturer's datasheet specifies a maximum tightening torque of 18 Nm for the M10 version of the ERZ.78 series. Exceeding this may damage the internal mechanism.

AISI 303 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance in normal atmospheric conditions. However, for highly corrosive environments like direct saltwater exposure or food processing areas requiring specific certifications, a higher grade like AISI 316 might be recommended.
